Initial Consult A typical program will kick off with a 90-minute comprehensive intake (in person, over the phone, or via Skype) to get to know each other on a more personal level. We will talk about your current health concerns, eating habits, lifestyle, health history, and goals for the program. This will allow me to develop the most effective program for you as an individual.
Ongoing Support Reaching, maintaining, and surpassing your goals is a daily process, and I'm here to provide the support you need! Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes long. During this time we will discuss how you're feeling, go over your food journal and diet analysis, discuss any challenges that have come up, and address how to maintain and improve your program moving forward. Based on our follow-up session I will adjust your program and provide additional materials as necessary.
Guided Elimination Diet For those who suspect food allergies/intolerances, elimination diets can give incredible insight. By eliminating common allergens and inflammatory foods, we are able to identify possible trigger foods that are causing discomfort and damage to the body. Guided elimination diets can be added to your personal nutrition program or completed as a stand alone service.
